Interested in being part of Wilmington Coffee Fest 2026? If you are a coffee roaster, coffee shop, tea supplier, or in the coffee industry fill out our Vendor Form. We are curating a coffee industry based festival and we will send an individual message with the next steps on finalizing your entry.

What’s new this year? We are bringing back the street fair format to allow for more attendees along with local and regional roasters, local coffee shops, industry vendors, artisans, and more. Showcasing the best of what our craft coffee scene has to offer, attendees will be immersed in a festival of all things coffee. As always, we will be supporting local nonprofits and our environment by making this festival a minimal waste event.
Friday, Sept. 18th – Industry Pro Day is designed specifically for you!
Afternoon includes cuppings, vendor and industry roundtable for coffee industry professionals, judged coffee competition and networking.
Evening – 5th Annual Latte Art Throwdown, featuring local and regional baristas in a latte art competition. Open to the public, all ages welcome!
Saturday, Sept. 19th – Coffee Lovers Day
Roasters & coffee shops serving samples and connecting with local coffee enthusiasts. Attendees will vote for Best Coffee and Best Cold Brew.
Tea, bakery and artisan vendors as well.
Ticketed event 9am – 3pm
